Application: These terms apply to all services and items I provide. 

Charges: Prices for items are fixed. My hourly rate is different depending on the service, please check the relevant pages. Estimates will be given up front if you have a clearly defined scope of work. When you purchase a block of hours, those hours are credited to your account for use on any service or project. Unused hours purchased expire one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty: For Limited Edition items, there is a 14 day, no questions asked, returns policy for a full refund - providing the item is returned in the condition it was sent. For Dream Readings, which are personal and subjective, there is no warranty, refund or return policy. Due to the nature of the other Professional services I provide, there is no warranty on hourly work. Each hour that I work is billable regardless of the outcome of said work. I will make estimations for the level of effort required to complete a project and I will provide a full quote at the outset. We will keep track of my hours together. I am focussed on delivering you a product or outcome that is finished to my high standards. Ultimately, therefore, it is up to you to let me know if there is a cap on the number of hours I spend, and tell me to stop when you want me to stop. If you allow me to spend more hours on a project than I quoted, this means the final bill will be higher than the quote.

Payment: For Limited Edition items and Dream Readings, I take full payment upfront. For all other Professional services, I take a non-returnable 25% of the project quote upfront, a further 25% half way through, then we settle the final bill at completion of the project.

Additional Charges: If I need to travel, I charge £0.35p a mile. If I need to stay away from home, I charge £25 a day subsistence plus accommodation. 

Your Rights: You can ask me to stop carrying out work for you at any point, for any reason, and you will only be liable for the hours worked to that point and you will still retain the results delivered to that point.
